How to Make Ice Scramble

In this article I’ll be discussing to you how to make a delicious ice scramble which our old time pinoy favorite snack.

Instructions:
In making ice scramble do consider the the amount you will make. Since this is ice base products make sure that you have a cooler in hand.
Yield for 1 KILO
- For 1 kilo of ice scramble powder, add 50 cups of crushed ice and 1 cup of white sugar.
- For more yeild, you may add more crushed ice and sugar. (optional)
- Place crushed ice inside the cooler.
- Add in scramble pre mix and sguar. Mix it well using big wire whisk by hand.
- When the mixture are well blended, you may use the electric hand mixer for few seconds only.
Once the mix done is you can serve this in cups and add toppings and syrup to add more flavor to your ice scramble.

REMEMBER THE SCRAMBLE MUST HAVE THE CRUSHED ICE CONSISTENCY, IF YOUR MIXTURE ARE TOO WATERY, ADD MORE CRUSED ICE AND MIX AND BLEND WELL.
Now you can sell this ice scramble in different sizes. By additing adding toppings in your ice scramble this trully an evolution of the new favorite snack of Pinoy.
